Chad and team provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. From a hassle-free quote process, to quick responses to any questions we had throughout the process.

Jose and the install team were fantastic as well given the size of the garage surface.

If you are looking for great customer service and communication Twin City Epoxy Docs are an excellent choice.

Epoxy Docs delivered an excellent epoxy garage floor on time and communicated well with good pricing.

They were exceptionally professional and responsive, always replying quickly via SMS and patiently answering my many questions (I had many many questions!). Prices were reasonable. The work included a water barrier, attractive flakes, and an anti-slip additive. Their attention to detail was evident when they took extra time to work slower during the cold weather, showing awareness of temperature effects. The floor looks very level, and while I understand their liability constraint regarding absolute leveling, I am completely satisfied with the result. I will update this review only if future pooling issues arise. Highly recommended.
