Chad is a ver patient sales person, explained me everything in detail over a call for 20 plus minutes. People these days are very busy but Chad gave me time and answered my questions. The epoxy was completed as per the plan and looks great! I hope it stays the same for a very long time. Crew seemed to be very experienced as well!
I decided to put my epoxy flooring on hold but I wanted to give a stellar review for Chad and his team. Wow. In a time where it doesn't seem like anybody cares about customer service, or has the staff to support it, Chad was great. Professional and always got back to me. I am going to hire him, at a later time. I thought his estimate was fair and I trusted him, he really knows his stuff and knows what it takes to put in a high quality epoxy flooring. I would not hire anyone else at this point!
