Highly satisfied with the garage floor coating by Chad and his team of Twin City Epoxy Docs. My previous garage coating from a different vendor was failing, so I spent a lot of time getting quotes from several businesses and focused on technical knowledge and options for extra protection. I picked Twin City Epoxy Docs since they came highly recommended by an industrial coatings store that I visited. Chad has great technical knowledge and was very prompt in communication. He was patient to answer all my questions and helped me decide on what options to include for protection and what to stay away from. Among the many quotes I received from different vendors it was easy to pick Chad for the quality of his previous work, technical knowledge, price and engagement (I texted with Chad for several weeks from inquiry to estimation to planning to execution). Jose was the team lead who did the install and he was amazing as well. On Day 1, they ground down the old floor coating with the diamond grinder all the way to bare concrete, opened up the zip strip cracks and patched them, and applied the moisture barrier epoxy. Day 2 was epoxy basecoat on top of the moisture barrier and full flakes broadcast. Day 3 was the polyaspartic topcoat. Day 4 was the second topcoat of polyaspartic. The moisture barrier and the second topcoat were items that I wanted to improve durability and add protection. I'm very pleased with the results and the pics speak for the quality of the work.
